The Pre-NAT II is a system for fully automated nucleic acid extraction and subsequent pipetting of PCRs(Molecular Diagnostics). The extraction of nucleic acids is carried out using magnetic bead method. These are transferred successively into the automatically dispensed reagents by magnetic bead method. The liquid handling module then automatically pipettes the required PCRs from the isolated nucleic acids and the PCR reagents.
